I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I am passionate about helping others who are seeking healing and wholeness in their lives. I received my M.S. in Counseling, with Distinction, from California State University, Fresno in 2013, and have worked with a variety of populations and mental health issues. I have experience providing individual and group therapy in an inpatient substance abuse program for women, as well as working with children, adolescents, and young adults in a school-based setting.
I have worked with patients who struggle with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, grief and loss, relationship issues, codependency, and low self-esteem. I utilize an eclectic approach which includes (but not limited to) Psychodynamic, Client-Centered, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I tailor the treatment to meet the needs and goals of each patient. My hope is to help my patients get to know themselves better, to free themselves from self-destructive, unhealthy patterns of thinking and behavior, and to learn how to love themselves by choosing a healthy and productive path in life. I look forward to coming alongside you as you walk out your journey to healing and wholeness.
