My clinical approach focuses upon creating an engaging, comfortable, and safe space for clients to identify goals and develop/practice strategies that manifest positive changes in their lives. I utilize creative applications of cognitive-behavioral strategies, and he incorporates elements of play therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. I have many years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum and significant experience working with couples and adults. It is my belief that the ideal therapeutic relationship is one in which the client is able to be themselves and further develop themselves to experience greater satisfaction, happiness, peace, and connectivity.
