Psychotherapist

My mantra for life is to be an individual with a “Complete Mind, Body & Soul”. When one of those three areas of my life is off, I seek input and counsel from others so that I can be as complete as I can. As a Licensed Therapist my goal is to help each individual feel complete in all three phases of their lives: emotionally, mentally, and physically. This wholistic approach is well rounded and is able to incorporate many support systems and resources from the community. Born and raised in Southern California, I have experienced a multi-cultural lifestyle which has opened my eyes to so many uplifting experiences. Life is too boring to do it one way and I’m glad to be living it to the full. I love tasting new cuisines, learning about history and love working with people who want to change the world. Some of my favorite places that I have traveled is Honduras, Italy, Spain, Hawaii, and Mexico. Some of my favorite activities include beach volleyball, ultimate frisbee, fantasy football and working out. Let’s work together to make this world the best yet!

We provide comprehensive mental health care in a private practice setting. We offer a multi-disciplinary approach to care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists and masters level therapists that have expertise in a wide range of behavioral health disorders.
