I believe that therapy is a relationship. Taking the first steps can be scary, but also rewarding. Pursuing health and wholeness is one of the best investments you can make. I will walk with you through the process; guiding, nudging and encouraging you to discover what living your best life can look like. I take a relational approach, using a combination of therapeutic approaches that are tailored to the individual. I am interactive, empathetic and warm. I have a master’s degree from Chapman University in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy.
I have more than 20 years of experience working with middle school, high school and college age students. I specialize in treating adolescents ages 11-18, and am an advocate/ally for LGBTQ+ teens and families. I love the outdoors and believe that being in nature and making time to play is an important part of health and wholeness. I look forward to working with you!
