Dietitian

As a Registered Dietitian, it is my honor to help people learn healthy beliefs about food, feel proud of their body, and be in their best health, allowing them to live a life in line with their deepest values.
My personal experience overcoming Binge Eating Disorder as well as witnessing my sister overcome Anorexia Nervosa motivated me to go back to graduate school to obtain a master’s degree in Nutritional Science. I knew that by becoming a Registered Dietitian I could help others find the same peace with food and body that I found.
Having obtained clinical and research experience through the Stanford Prevention Research Center and Kaiser Permanente, I am very excited to now be part of the Los Gatos Therapy Center’s ED IOP, where I can fulfill my desire to help others discover the joy of self-care and the knowledge that their body is whole and trustworthy.
I utilize Family-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and my education in nutritional biochemistry to do the important work of helping clients feel a sense of hope and power, make positive behavior change, and live a life that feels good to them.

We provide comprehensive mental health care in a private practice setting. We offer a multi-disciplinary approach to care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists and masters level therapists that have expertise in a wide range of behavioral health disorders.
