I am a Trauma-Informed Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher committed to empowering others on their healing journey of heart, mind, body and soul. I have over 500 hours of yoga training, including yoga for addiction, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and eating disorders. I am currently enrolled in an advanced 300-hour yoga psychology training, as well as a graduate program with Dr. Gabor Mate, studying powerful therapeutic approaches for understanding mental and physical illness. After recovering from my own journey with disordered eating, I am a deep believer that in order to heal the mind, we must also heal the body. My greatest mission in life is to create a safe space for my clients to explore their inner worlds and move through recovery with grace and self-compassion.
