It is my honor to work with the teens in our Adolescent IOP throughout their time in the program, along with coordinating care for all of our IOP clients. I am a compassionate, high-energy, and relentlessly enthusiastic mental health professional, drawing on over 2500 hours of supporting high-risk clients with a wide variety of emotional, behavioral, and social issues. I am proud to serve all of our clients with equal respect and care, while taking into consideration and listening to the challenges our clients may face due to their race, ethnicity, culture, gender, sexuality, or socio-economic status. My persistent positivity is balanced by my willingness to be honest and realistic about depression, anxiety, and other mental illnesses.
I strive to be an example for healthy living and coping with life’s stressors, and my genuine passion for staying active is just one way that I do this. In addition to my bachelor’s degree, I am also a Certified Personal Trainer, which allows me to tackle the mental health challenges our society faces on many fronts – emotional , behavioral, and physical.
I look forward to helping you and/or your teen throughout this healing process!
