My name is Angelea Eaton, however most clients and staff know me as Angie. I am the Milieu Manager of LGTC Group’s Eating Disorder Outpatient Facility. I received my Bachelor’s at Sonoma State University and am currently undergoing my journey to become a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have volunteered as a group counselor with Sonoma State’s Counseling and Psychological services. I received my 40-Hour Domestic Violence Advocate certification in March 2021. I have worked in the eating disorder field for over two years, supporting adolescents and adults throughout their journey. I have extensive knowledge on DBT, CBT, and Self-Compassion. My approach is meeting the clients where they are at and connecting on a personal level to help support motivation and behavior change. My core philosophy is to create a safe space, where all clients are welcome and able to develop coping skills.
